Our Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, that means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/ exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in an unused condition (in the same condition that you received it) and in its original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or payment.
To start the process please contact us via the website under contact us or via our WhatsApp number 0724353123. We will notify you if your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please ensure that you inspect your order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is not what was ordered or damaged so that we can swiftly correct this.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
Unfortunately items damaged after being used may not be returned.
Unfortunately No returns may be accepted 31 days after purchase. ( Please ensure you inspect the goods received within 30 days after purchase)
Unfortunately No refunds can be processed, however an exchange for a similar or different item from our catalogue can be arranged.
